I help moms who feel like they're losing their daughter, stop trying to fix what they see, and start understanding what she's actually trying to say. Because when a mom finally feels seen herself, she becomes someone her daughter can find her way back to.
My work blends psychology, pattern awareness, and real-life tools to help you break old cycles and build the relationship you both long for.
I use my 30+ years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist, school psychologist and mom of 4 girls to help demystify some of the patterns that shape our relationship and how they change as she enters the world of adolescence and adulthood.
